went early to grocery
had bran muffin and 4 oz oj for breakfast
about to have fat free ham slices with 2 t. bbq sauce on a wheat hot dog roll and a small salad for lunch
Mom making meat loaf for dinner so I will have 3 or 4 oz with some veggies and asparagus
For snack will have 2 rice cakes with 1 T. peanut butter
I'll figure the calories later says Scarlet
