Hey Ya'll


Well, I have been awol for while. I do get that way. But watched Biggest Loser and got inspired. Those people are remarkable. I would be in jail for knocking Jillian senseless the second time she screamed at me.

Big breakfast today:
2 whole eggs 200
1 oz low fat ham 30
1/2 slice swiss 30
1 1/2 t all fruit 30
coffee creamer 10

total 300

Plan for lunch is 270 for lean cuisine
whatever for a kiwi
pepsi, diet of course

snack bran bar, cho or pb

dinner is terriaki jerkey
yogurt with blueberries and walnuts, yeah I can do better, but I don't feel like it. I'll think about it tomorrow.

Go to water class today and might plant the fig tree, and may rake leaves for exercise. Thats it.
