Day two

OK, I didn't shop yesterday and didn't exactly count calories for the evening meal but I did estimate that 2 eggs and one white and a couple of tablespoons of onions and peppers, two thin slices of ham and 1 T cheddar and 1 T diet margarine and one English muffin were under 690. Otherwise I went over. I never got the menu done and had counted up til dinner. I am no good at organization. I struggle so hard to figure out how to put all the different foods and amounts into one day at the proper calorie number. Dr. OZ had a six-pack diet for some nurses that needed to lose weight. 1. plain Greek yogurt 2. can of salmon 3. whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese 4. apple 5. baggie of greens with peppers and 6. dark chocolate.
I could probably do that with the change of something with the yogurt for taste and changing the salmon which he called the FAT. I could eat some other fish or meat. They also had another nurse to guide them and a trainer at the gym one hour a day. With multi- vitamin and vitamin B.
I will get it together with your help.
At least I took my shot and pills this morning and had yogurt this morning.
