Friday day 4


Menu
Breakfast two eggwhite omlete with onions, bell peppers, 2 oz turkey, 2t diet marg.
2 cups coffee with splenda and lite creamer

Lunch shrimp salad in avocado

snack apple

Supper-Boca grilled fake chicken on arnold wheat thin, salad with avocado and beets

Its too hard to do all the calories. I don't yike it.
Susie and I are too tired to figure out calories. We need a nap. Stayed up till midnight watching the darn olympics.
