Diet Blues


Well, who is happy to diet?
I am going to do better today. Later today.
Coffee and sleep in am.
coffee and two egg whites at 10am

surimi, lettuce, cocktail sauce
cheese and nan for lunch after
water aerobics

chicken, sweet potato and veggie for dinner.

Want to be skinny like her.
