Well, I have lost 8 lbs.
That is something.
Today I had greek yogurt with blueberries, splenda and walnuts/dribble of honey
tuna salad pita
apple with 1T peanutbutter
at Gulf Drive I had Western Omlete
Three eggs
1/2 oz of ham and some onion and peppers
1 slice wheat toast and 1/2 cup fruit, mostly pineapple
Tonight is survivor and any food is better than what they get.
8lbs!!!! thats awesome. Great motivation to keep going!
